Monica and her Avventure Bellissime were one of the first suppliers in Italy to work with Viator, even before the acquisition by Tripadvisor, as one of the most successful operators not only in Venice but also providing top class tours in other areas of Italy (Tuscany and Amalfi Coast primarily). I had the pleasure to work with Monica during my 4 years at Tripadvisor Experiences and I also got to take part in one of their tours in Venice (Doge's Palace) and I can confirm that their professionalism and market knowledge are a key to their success...if you don't believe me, look at their fantastic reviews!
