I had the great privilege to work with Monia on the Swedish Embassy collaboration Saint Lucia at Aquavit, the Swedish tradition of a choir procession bringing light to the winter darkness. Monia is an exemplary project manager, very efficient and thorough. She leads with warmth and elegance, has great communications skills and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated. Monia has an eye for detail, she put in the time and effort required and orchestrated the performances to perfection – the choir had never looked and sounded so good. Monia possesses the combination of being highly professional and great fun, which makes working life so much better. I’d be delighted to recommend her.
