Suggested new features to support the company's goals and mission. Research conducted through journey map, Kano analysis, prototyping, high fidelity annotated wireframes. JobOptim A startup featuring a healthcare job board for MDs and DOs. Revised and existing design based on research through usability testing. Design methods also included directed storytelling, cognitive walk-through, low and high fidelity prototyping.
