As a Production and Sound Engineer, I am responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing cutting-edge station imaging such as jingles, promos, and liners. I ensure that audio is consistent and aligns with the brand image across all platforms. I also prepare and compile briefs for the station's branding and imaging campaigns and identify and utilize relevant voice-overs to produce high-quality station imaging. In addition, I receive bookings and prepare for recordings, ensuring that all equipment, facilities, and resources are available for production according to production specifications. I assist in the planning, preparation, logistical arrangements, and production of station promos to ensure that they are delivered to the highest standard. During the recording process, I ensure the effective recording of productions, optimizing the mix of all sound for broadcast, recording, and sound reinforcement to deliver on production needs and requirements. I continually monitor the technical quality of recordings, ensuring optimal quality of broadcast and adherence to broadcasting standards.
