I currently cover the majority of HR functions including recruitment, L&D and employee benefits, HR administration and enforcing company policies. In addition to this, I have recently begun to assist on payroll. Assets I have implemented to the Kricket HR department include obtaining our skilled worker visa, integrating the company with Harri (our workforce management and ATS platform) and developing the on-boarding journey. I have also continued to strengthen my recruitment pools by developing relationships with leading institutions such as Cordon Bleu and Leith’s Cooking School. I am involved in the Cordon Bleu internship programme and I continue to host career days with them. In August I also attended a MFHA approved course in mental health awareness which I found extremely beneficial in helping me improve the organisational culture, especially during these unprecedented times

I was the first staff member to be employed for Kricket's first bricks and mortar establishment.As part of the opening team for all three sites, I was tasked with running day to day operations and maintaining high standards of service, working closely with the two owners.This resulted in a Bib Gourmand which we have retained for 4 years running.Alongside my role as AGM, I was the HR representative that dealt with HR tasks including contracts, RTW checks, recruitment and L&D including the on-boarding process and training needs.
