VxV is a full scale agency that specializes in social media management, influencer marketing, and content creation. We connect brands and customers together through engaging content and innovative campaigns, whilst collaborating with some of the biggest names in the social sphere. When I took over VxV I knew I had to start working right away and get things done. I also knew that if I didn't work hard I wouldn't see any results soon. So I set out to do whatever needed to be done to make the business run smoothly. As General Manager I had to increase efficiency and increase departmental profits while managing overall company operations. By doing so I could help grow the business. The key skills I learned was; ⊛ How to hold accountability ⊛ Hiring staff ⊛ Setting Expectations & Cadence ⊛ Driving recognition ⊛ Maximizing P&L In just under two years, our team grew to 15 full time employees, helping content creators systematize and scale their backend requirements. During my tenure at VxV, I was able to learn a valuable and transferable skill set around managing people, organizational goals and working effectively within a distributed team. Show less
