I have had the privilege of working with Mona for the past year at Volt Technical Resources as a Technical Recruiter, she as Delivery Manager for the branch. From the moment we interviewed, she impressed me with her tenure at Volt (18yrs) but also her knowledge of the Albuquerque market and community. Albuquerque is a somewhat small community, and her reputation preceded her. I liked her from the minute we interviewed, and have enjoyed working with her every day since then. Mona has recently been promoted to an operations level position, leveraging her experience in and beyond Albuquerque, but thankfully is still seated here in Albuquerque! Mona has a knack for predicting, understanding, and working out all the kinks associated with recruiting and the whole gammut of staffing, from a grounded and heartful social standpoint. No matter what the situation, Mona always has a respectful and wise response that has led her peers in the right direction, and encouraged the right tone. From an operations standpoint, she is also one of the most detail oriented people I know, and shares her needs and knowledge in a very empowering way. Mona is a great leader, and an inherant problem solver. She is a great project manager in the sense that she enables her staff to see their path, and develop buy in. She also takes the time, no matter what the situation to be a mentor, and has a door open policy always, fostering an open team spirit. It can't go without mention how invested she is in the team, and how she has put forth a lot of effort in office outings and get togethers that have been so much fun, thanks to her fun and clever thinking. Thankfully, I have had a few bosses in my career, most I have been close to, and solicit their opinion whether personal or professional, Mona is one of them. I am glad to be a part of her professional network, and would recommend her for business development, consulting, branch management, recruiting management, operations management and mentoring.
