Things changed; and I was head person on a pilot program (JetBlue exit interviews). I now work on the JetBlue interviews when the list of people comes in.   Goals achieved: Provided superior cable TV service to a Bay Area base of 200.000 customers (not all in one day, however,) I was invited to the nearby LucasFilm faciity because they called and i found a piece of footage they needed from a cable channel. (Much research was involved on my part; I got a tour and a T shirt. It was well worth it.
