Nanten (now part of Fescon Oy) develops, produces and sells concrete floor solutions for contractors, architects, designers and end users. As a construction chemical manufacturer, Nanten operates under environmental permit and chemical legislation. I was an active chairwoman (prev. CEO) and a main owner of the company (3rd generation family entrepreneur). The company's revenues quadrupled in the core business area and it turned from a deep loss to a high profitable level, which lead to the exit of the company to a strategic investor. During my era the organization's strategy, brand and operational processes were updated, and a new ERP system was launched. In addition to building profitable growth and successful strategy, I worked closely in everyday operations and have gained vast experience in managing the process industry organization from ground level on.
