  During the time as Chief Architect, Momo developed special skill in managing different projects at the same time organizing teams and different work schedules. Within others, the projects under his supervision included Museum and Hotel for a total area of 45000 sqm in Liling (Liling Ceramic City) at the moment under construction, a Winery with museum and Hotel for a total area of 60000 sqm in Changli at the moment under construction, a private villa in the surrounding of Vancouver (till detail drawings), the construction drawing of the office building for Ordos 20+10, detail drawings for the Guizhou Zhen Winery, the concept phase of Tasly villa and hotel in Tianjing, the concept phase of Tasly Hotel in Tianjing, the Zhengzhou new district urban planning competition, the design and construction of GEL (Green Energy Laboratory) in Jiaotong University Campus in Shanghai, the design and construction of Penglai Winery in Penglai (Shangdong). During this time, Momo was in charge of supervise the design of the different team, meeting with clients, preparing and finalize contract with clients or Local Design Institute, attending technical meeting with suppliers, contractors and engineers to finalize Detail Drawings and Construction Drawings for the projects under development, supervise the construction site with the responsibility of artistic supervision.   During the time as Project Architect and then as design director, Momo developed special skills in different kind of projects. From winery to hotel, from office building to museum, from private villa to urban planning. He was in charge of the project SMIC, an urban plan in Tianjing to convert an old industrial area of 8.5 millions sqm into a eco-sustainable city. He was also project manager or Qizi Bay eco-turistic city plan, developing special knowledge in design masterplan in large scale with strategical focus on eco-sustainability. At a architectural scale he was in the team of UBPA B3.2 Pavilion for the Shanghai expo 2010, CaoFedian Eco-Building, Penglai Winery, Milan Pavilion for Expo, Tirana Commercial Center competition, Korea Tower competition.
