  Kuehne+Nagel in Bulgaria went through a significant transformation which started with the appointment of a new Country Manager some months before I joined as a country Finance Director.In the next 5 years we managed to increase sales turnover by more than 400% (from EUR 2 Mio. to 9 Mio.), double the number of personnel, rent a new office and warehouse in a class A facility.
