Nancy Olah - Attorney and LEED AP

Molly is one of the members of the CREW Charlotte committee that I co-chair, which is creating a new leadership program for women called "Becoming an Authentic Leader," in partnership with ATHENA International and KPMG. In a very short period of time, Molly and her marketing team produced a compelling piece to generate interest in the leadership program that was clear, professional, attractive, and succinctly emphasized all the right points. Molly's professionalism and responsiveness as a volunteer member of our committee gives me total faith that this is exactly how she approaches every project in her role as Director of Marketing for Trinity.

I have had the privilege of knowing Molly for many years and have always marveled at her energy and enthusiasm. As Marketing Director at Trinity Partners, I again marvel at the natural leadership she has brought to the position. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her focus unwavering. Trinity Partners made a great choice!

I develop and oversee the brand, creative, and communication strategy for Trinity Partners and Trinity Capital Advisors, a commercial real estate and development firm, respectively. Every day I do something different, whether it’s crafting a customized pitch strategy to lure Chiquita to our building (NASCAR Plaza), or developing customized brand and messaging platforms for the buildings and projects with which we work. I manage the marketing department, write and audit the firms’ communication pieces, and manage both internal and external public relations and brand interactions. I also work with external marketing and creative vendors to help execute marketing initiatives and materials that complete the brands' strategies. Show less

I started conducting focus and discussion groups with Charlie Elberson at Elberson Senger Shuler 10 years ago. And I haven't stopped since. I've been all over the country gathering research directly from consumers for a range of clients. Because clearly, talking to people is something with which I'm very comfortable. LEAP Design is an award-winning graphic design and web development firm in Charlotte; a tiny powerhouse, creating websites and design work for national universities to experienced musicians. I coordinated and managed all jobs, projects, and communication for clients and vendors. Responsibilities included project scheduling from start to finish, content gathering and copy writing, management and editing for web development, overseeing all client verbal and written communications, design presentation, project workflow, production, and budgets. As WDYT’s only female on-air personality, I co-hosted a daily radio talk show on a local news / talk station. I worked diligently to articulately present and debate opinions regarding local and national politics, news, and current events. I interviewed myriad guests, including Governor Beverly Perdue, and Congressman Robin Hayes, music legend Stevie Wonder, and most notably Barack Obama, at a campaign rally at CPCC’s Grady Cole Center(the only local reporter with the opportunity to interview Mr. Obama in person). I started as the office manager, but after voluntarily cleaning out the refrigerator, management got a glimpse of my work ethic and promoted me to account coordinator, and eventually, account supervisor. I managed clients including Speed Network, CaroMont Healthcare, and AAA. Responsibilities included client communication and management, brand strategy, budgeting, account planning, media research, and market research.
