  Worked on 2 separate Farmer-to-Farmer projects: July 2012: Worked with smallholder cocoa producers in Sefwi-Wiaso, Ghana, on improving business and recordkeeping skills, and group dynamics In November 2006: Worked with Bemcom Enterprises, a small NGO in Techiman that trains rural men, women and youth in all aspects of small farm production (specifically growing mushrooms and raising grasscutters), as part of US-AID funded program to build capacity in developing African nations. Trained village co-ops in recordkeeping skills specific to their production, facilitated staff team building at Bemcom, taught a leadership workshop at local Catholic church, and lived with nuns for 3 weeks (well actually, one sister, and 2 novitiates).
