MollyAnne has been a delight to work with. Intelligent, diligent and forthright. I would highly recommend MollyAnne as an expert Technical Manager. We engaged MT on an interim basis to help us with BRC accreditation and in 6 months she totally reorganised our quality systems, trained staff in HACCP, Hygiene and Allergen standards, upgraded our BRC Manual and overhauled our VACCP and TACCP. She is professional, organised and proactive. I wish she could have stayed with us permanently!

I have worked for Mollyanne on a number of assignments whilst she was Head of Technical at Lantmannen Unibake. Working to extremely tight schedules Mollyanne supported and mentored the UK Technical Team to deliver consistently high standards meet the needs of the business and through her wealth of technical knowledge deliver a continuous improvement programme to meet the continually changing needs of the business and customer expectations. I would highly recommend her to any potential client.
