By working in such a stressful and busy environment, Shakeaway has taught me to be consistently on the ball. I have an acute eye for detail, whether that’s helping the customer choose a new milkshake flavour and giving advice on their best options, or acknowledging that we need to top up some of our stock. I understand that I need to be easy to approach, conversational and happy and smiley within the workplace. Cleaning is also crucial within a food and drink company, therefore I comply to the health and safety rules and have set guides to follow each day within the work place as to what I need to clean, however I also use my initiative if there is something which I have not been told to clean, yet notice that it is unclean.

As well as this, health and safety was vital in such a dangerous work space, so each year I retook a health and safety test ensuring that I went over the precautions of work and follow the accurate rules and regulations.
