Omaha’s Habitat ReStore outlets have diverted a substantial number of usable items from local landfills. In 2016, more than 3,200 tons of materials were diverted from the landfill and given a second life through Habitat ReStore.

https://interfaceschool.com/under-aim-interface-joins-nonprofit-sector/In January 2017, Interface Web School formally joined AIM — “an innovative not-for-profit community organization that grows, connects and inspires the tech talent ecosystem.” AIM and Interface Web School have enjoyed a very close working relationship over the past two years, making this a natural progression of our partnership. Interface Web School is just as much about community building as it is about tech training, so joining the nonprofit sector under AIM is an exciting step toward providing even more benefit to the community.Interface Web School is now one of just a few coding bootcamps across the country with not-for-profit status. We now join the ranks of schools like Ada Developers Academy in Seattle, Eleven Fifty Academy in Indiana, and the Turing School of Software and Design in Colorado, among others – all institutions making big impacts in their respective communities through tech training and community building.Currently a Web Development Foundation student
