At GroupM, I was responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of all UK employees, including but not limited to onboarding, off-boarding, resignations, contract and letter preparation, bonuses and promotions, health & well-being planning, absence, family leave, IT and systems, audits and the submission of six monthly payrolls. Working closely with the L&D team, I also created a New Joiner Induction to be rolled out across seven GroupM agencies. This was a capstone consulting project that I completed over three months during my MBA program. Myself and my partner were responsible for designing the end-to-end process for a Brazilian rice exporter looking to enter the US market. We built a highly successful go-to-market plan for the exporter with a number of promising, high-profile US wholesalers and supermarkets that agreed to support the company's move to sell in the United States.
