I watched Molly develop and grow within my team, she is incredibly hardworking, honest and engaging. She was never without a smile on her face, always willing to support anyone who needed it and willing to learn anything thrown at her. She was keen to improve ways of working within our Ops team and lead on projects, such as creating and launching a new HR Induction process for all new joiners. I’ve worked with Molly for the last year, where she was a hr coordinator working closely with the hr advisors and hrbp teams.       At GroupM, I was responsible for the end-to-end life cycle of all UK employees, including but not limited to onboarding, off-boarding, resignations, contract and letter preparation, bonuses and promotions, health & well-being planning, absence, family leave, IT and systems, audits and the submission of six monthly payrolls. Myself and my partner were responsible for designing the end-to-end process for a Brazilian rice exporter looking to enter the US market.
