Contracted job opportunity Covering absent staff Order inputting for accounts managed by myself I manage several accounts, two being the largest accounts in Joda - LIDL & Cavalier Marketing and the rest where smaller accounts - Crimson Bear, Vernon Land, Original Metal Signs. LIDL was the main account which I was incorporated into managing at the start of my employment with Joda. I was personally in charge of; order prosessing, updating data sheets online, consistant warehouse checks to ensure stock was managed, delivering and ordering spare parts for there machines and proactively working with head managers at Lidl to ensure our work was carried out as expected. Cavalier Marketing was also a part shared account, which was worked on by myself and one other member of staff. Orders would be continuos 24/7, proactively working on different data sheets to keep track of orders with specific needs and anyother requirements, accommodating when we can with European freight orders. I also worked on multiple projects for Joda, one being World pay. Taking payments upfront for cash customers which where going through account set up or if accounts had been put on hold due to none payment. I kept track of drivers abilitys online on our internal systems. So we where aware who passed certain tests 6monthly and who needed to be put forward for one on one training. I also worked alongside our Director Matteo working on improvements to our customer service team and planning team to ensure all there needs are met as employees.
