      I was able to shadow the team, and I helped assist with client service requests. By doing this, I got experience interacting with clients, and I got practice in completing client requests. I learned how to do money transfers, check account balances, and see the RMD for accounts. I was also in charge of answering the phone and helping clients reach who they needed to, or assist them with small tasks. I also got to sit in during a client/advisor meeting and observe how the needs and goals of the client were established. Then, I saw the process of the plan being built. Show less
