  I was lucky enough to get the opportunity working in the Conpany Secretarial Department at KPMG for my 3rd Placement in my Business and Management course. Here I gained an insight into the variety of tasks a Company Sec undertakes including, Annual Compliance, Directorships, Beneficial Ownership filings and much more! It was a great experience and I look forward to returning after my final year as a Graduate on their Company Secretarial Graduate Programme.
