I was given the opportunity to work along side the solicitors in the Corporate department at Harper Macleod. This was an inspiring experience which involved in depth research to aid the people in the department, including franchising, sole traders and partnerships around Scotland. I also received the opportunity to assist in a presentation to aspiring law students, focusing on the corporate and commercial aspects of law and the firm itself. Other tasks I undertook were updating company books, archiving files and general assistance whenever needed among the firm. Show less

    • Waitress
      • Jan 2018 - Nov 2018

Undertook the role as a Waitress at RNUC whilst in my third year of university. This role involved waiting on tables at functions held by the members and the club itself, and ensuring their time there was to the highest possible standard. As well as this, there was a lot of manual labour and teamwork involved to ensure everything was run efficiently. This role usually involved very late nights. This combined with classes the next day made it a very tiring, yet rewarding position. Undertook the role as a Waitress at RNUC whilst in my third year of university. Whilst in my 5th and 6th year of school, I undertook part time work at the local leisure centre in the Health Suite, consequently being in charge of the steam rooms and sauna. This was a part time contract, and I also still work casually there when I return home for holidays. The role itself involves washing, cleaning and interacting with the public.
