Molly and I worked together while we were both stationed in San Jose, California for our Readak assignment. It truly was a pleasure to work with her due to her friendliness and approachability. She was always very diligent about her work. She handled all of the students with care and with respect while at the same time maintaining a high level of control and authority over the classroom. What is even more impressive about Molly is that she has the ability to quickly adapt to different environments and cultures. Though she grew up on the east coast, she was able to quickly get accustomed to the teaching environment in California. To follow up, currently she is conducting a very successful Readak program in Mexico City. She is already very well known throughout the schools that she works with and is leaving lasting impressions. Molly's adaptability, welcoming nature, and overall versatility make her an exceptional worker and an invaluable friend. It truly was a pleasure working with her.
