I had the pleasure of working with Molly Howell at Pearson for about two years. As GM for FL and Puerto Rico, Molly had responsibility for an impressive revenue goal with a team upwards of 35 sales professionals reporting to her. I worked very closely with Molly as she inherited a seasoned team of professionals and watched her grow from a very competent sales manager to become a strong leader. She was able to reset expectations, develop a strong culture of excellence and lead the team to great success. Molly’s focus on people development while promoting success by stretching her team to high performance was an impressive accomplishment. She is a formidable leader who understands people dynamic, is fully capable of leading complex strategic plans and is connected to her team and customers. Our years working together were during difficult times as Pearson went through a major reorganization - Molly was able to weather the storm and build a team which she lead to tremendous success.
