I learned so much from working for Molly as an intern, not only about government affairs, but about being a strong, female leader within a large organization. She has a wealth of knowledge and truly made my summer at Qualcomm a memorable one.

Working for Molly Gavin was one of the most professionally and personally rewarding experiences I've had in my career. I started at Qualcomm as an intern in graduate school, and her mentorship, championship, and guidance were hugely influential in my trajectory to a manager role within the Government Affairs team over the course of 6 years. Molly is an inspirational leader who is both able to effectively create high-level strategy and willing to roll up her sleeves and execute. She works well with people at all levels of an organization - from interns to C-suite leaders - and she is humble, hard-working, positive, efficient, and effective. She truly invests in the members of her team and fosters a work environment that is challenging, rewarding, and fun. Moreover, she has an immense amount of experience across myriad government affairs, public affairs, and sustainability issues around the globe, from spectrum policy to intellectual property rights to the use technology for social impact and building the STEM pipeline. She is a dynamic and effective spokesperson and advocate, and she is truly a force to be reckoned with. I couldn't recommend her more highly, as she is capable of whatever she puts her mind to and adds immense value to any team or organization she joins.
