  Worked specifically in PPO's Traditional Living Program which helped at-risk and homeless young men prepare for living independently. I helped with the individual casework of the residents, developing their personal and professional goals. I also created and facilitated weekly soft skills presentations to increase the confidence of residents entering professional environments. For the whole organization, I created a local resource guide and a work plan for employees to create positive goals with new residents.
