Molly is one of the most organized, detailed, and capable people I know. In her position, she has tremendous responsibility on a daily basis. Molly basically does EVERYTHING administratively for her department. From explaining processes and procedures to clients, to developing those processes and procedures from nothing, Molly is extremely thorough and clear. I have never seen an issue that Molly can't fix, and when someone is dealing with special needs children, teens, adults, and their parents, issues arise. Molly is constantly pulled in several different directions at one time, but she handles herself with poise and grace, never letting a difficult situation get the better of her. I would recommend Molly for any position that is looking for a super star administrator.
