  As part of the school and family programs department, I created digital content and managed the educational resources portal. I researched and wrote pedagogical texts for objects in the museum's permanent collections. I managed the re-formatting of resources in collaboration with an external graphic design agency, and created interactive digital content using the platform 'Genially' My main project was the creation of a series of videos and podcasts for the exhibit "The King's Animals," which will be made available on the educational resources portal. I was responsible for creative aspects of the project as well as logistics while collaborating with two external production companies, curators and public-school teachers. I came up with the video/podcast concepts, researched and wrote the scripts, established the project budget and schedule, and oversaw the production to ensure quality. Show less

  As part of the communications team for my master programs student project, I helped organize and promote events for the temporary exhibit and cultural season "Reconstruction(s) : Living in Nouvelle Aquitaine after World War II." While this project was especially complicated due to its debut corresponding with the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, we managed to engage and sustain community involvement of the project through written and video social media content.   I created and led English guided tours on the permanent collections at the Aquitaine Regional History Museum for the general public. These tours averaged 10 visitors per tour, with a diverse audience ranging from anglophones, tourists of various nationalities who were more comfortable following a tour in English than in French, as well as French locals looking to develop their language skills.   I completed two internships in the public outreach/education department at the Aquitaine regional history museum. During the spring I developed an English dossier on the exhibit "Jack London in the South Pacific" destined for English-teachers and meant to help their class explore the exhibit and learn target vocabulary. Over the summer I led tours on the exhibit for the general public. In the fall I used the dossier to implement over 21 English tours for French school groups, ranging from ages 13-18. These tours were meant to be informative but also encourage conversation to help students practice English and promote cultural exchange. Show less
