I value her talent for bringing order to complex problems, and helping the team identify the path to building solutions in a step by step fashion. She is very thoughtful when working with diverse groups of people with different backgrounds, and her respect for individuals really shows. She helps the growth of her direct reports with empathy. Molly was my key partner in managing resolution of a high volume of legacy/complex data normalization and data quality issues. She specialized in simplification around the organization and communication, wrangling the chaos of information into understandable goals and criteria and driving successful partnerships as we logically worked through resolutions. She assured we had a clear path to get things done, directly and kindly. I prized our partnership for both it's effectiveness and the fun. Molly ran the broader project program to assure we understood dependencies across the complex of teams, to help identify and mitigate risks and to honestly assess and identify improvements ahead of risks and in retrospective.
