Increased digital advertising revenue by nearly 700 percent (from $45,000/year to $350,000+/year); successfully launched the use of new paid networks and platforms (Google Search, Google Display, YouTube, and Twitter); oversaw the development of other new capabilities including website development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Edited and reviewed more than 1,500 documents such as speeches, briefings, prospect research, and correspondence for the president and provost. Was known as the division’s “diplomat” through the adroit management of the relationship between DAR’s more than 200 employees and the Offices of the President and Provost. Oversaw the vice president’s strategic correspondence and outreach, which resulted in reconnecting a number of high-profile alumni to the university. Was the content expert on working with the university’s senior leadership: developed processes, protocols, and training materials to educate colleagues on best practices for working with the president and provost.
