Hope Cooperative Care

  Consultant to develop and assist in opening a 36 bed assisted living community for residents with mental health needs. Designed and implemented promotional plan to build initial census and form strong supportive relationships in the area. As administrator, worked closely with State to meet Dhhs requirements for all aspects of the ALF. Managed a staff of 8, schedules, employee policies and files. Worked to ensure all residents had financial resources, mental health and medical care, set appointments, transportation and in house follow up. Implemented daily routine of medication passes, meals, activities and housekeeping to provide an stable, safe home for this typically underserved population.
