This allowed for more value add activities to be undertaken by front line teams and also allowed the business to have a more commercial approach by identifying clients with high volume of manual processing where electronic methods were available. I managed this team of 10 – 12 individuals and coordinating the workflow management aspect of the team. This required me to utilize my exceptional organizational skills, accurate daily resource planning and management, and in depth knowledge of our clients´ specific needs in order to reduce SLAs and maximize productivity while improving customer´s satisfaction. Remarkable contribution: • Getting the team to capture, log and track all client´s request on internal systems accurately and concisely on day of receipt, being the first team to achieve a 100% of work fully registered. This was an enormous improvement as this system is a key control tool for management. • Prioritizing workloads to ensure all time critical work is identified and action / escalated to ensure completion on day of receipt. • Investigating causes of the delays in turnarounds and contributing to push the team’s completion within SLA up to 96%. • Reviewing and analyzing MI for client base to identify trends, opportunities and share with the management team while following up any actions. • Successfully helped to implement several new processes in a timely manner, partnering with different teams and providing support and sharing best practices with my colleagues. • Designing and completing productivity sheets to ensure the accurate reporting of allocated cases and volumes across the team. • Undertaking any necessary action in order to deliver the best customer experience.

As a result I became fully qualified to perform four different roles across the team: • Daily cash transactions: Domestic transfers, international payments, FX deals booking. • Equity and fixed income trade: Order placement, trade matching, cash and asset management, monthly share reconciliation, price checks.
