  From June of 2010 to March of 2017: Domestic Sales at BEIJIA MOLDS AND TOOLING LIMITED. From May of 2017 till now: Overseas Sales engineer at GR PRECISION MOLD LIMITED. As a domestic sales with 7 years experiences in the molds and tooling industry, I had been worked for homeland market, since 2017, I started to be an international sales with self-learning English language skills improved. One of our founder Kent Zheng is grown from the CNC operation and he once to be awarded ” National Technical Expert” in the 8th CNCC 2012. Also our staff highly trained designers and technicians to provide the highest quality and closest tolerances as possible. Our equipments included: Takumi high speed CNC, Mirror EDM and Sodick wire-cut , double heads Hanspark EDM,1.5 meter Gun driller, Kent Grinder, 200T die spotting machine, Leader CMM etc.. Specialized in the manufacture of plastic injection mould( overmolding and 2K mould), die-casting mould and precision mould together with molding parts in the field of Automotive, Consumer 3C electronics, Telecommunications, Home appliances and Industrial components sectors, as well as the plastic parts of equipments and packages. From the DFM report to molds finished, we achieve the practical design and control the steel quality, each components (ejectors, guides...) at reliable suppliers, we understand the unique benefits and properties offered by different types of plastics, and work closely with partners to find the best fit for their projects.
