Mokay has a gift of being able to quickly and incisively cut to the heart of the matter and zero in on the most important factor in any given situation. Often this involves seeing past short term noise and looking at more important long term goals. This helps those around him to save time, cut through the clutter, and make better decisions. Spending time with Mokay inevitably leaves me feeling more focused and with more clarity in my life and career.

Mokay, was my General Manager whom I worked with for about two years at Hotel Barmoi. I was his Administrative /Human Recurse Manager. Honestly speaking he is the most up right man; whom I have ever worked with.He is discipline, committed to work and would like to give opportunity to any staff who would like to excel, not only that but will personally support you , by giving you professional advice. I am a living testimony to that. I am just very proud to see my former boss excel in his career. I know he will do more if given opportunity. Bravo and CONGRATULATION!!
