  My main tasks as industrial engineering manager are include : • Economic and feasibility study of new or existing projects & products. • An Economic Analysis of Outsourcing. • Production Line balancing. • Time and work studying. • Workstations design & 3D layout. Also i'm an project manager (Today I'm CNG BUS project manager in this company). In this company and my main works in this position are include : • Project Gant Chart definition. • Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization. • Create formal communication plan to both team members and management. • Frequently will be assigned as team leader; having indirect responsibility for team members’ completion of tasks to project plan. • Ensure contractors provide resource loaded schedules at determined intervals to make sure project is being completed on time and within budget. • Create and maintain project capital and non-capital spending plan. • Create and maintain project financial justification. • Recognize and understand competing business requirements and make recommendations for the overall good of the projects team. • Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date. • Assist the other Project Managers with evaluating schedule impacts arising from sourcing decisions. • Meet all established project deadlines. • Create and maintain project risks management plan. • Clearly communicate roles, expectations, and accountability to all team members on a regular basis. • Regularly keep management informed of problems, issues, and status of on-going projects. • Create and maintain project plan.
