The programmes are aimed at developing the talents & raising the profile of Black writers, creatives & performers. She is passionate about the growth and development of ethnic minorities in the theatre industry. She is recipient of a 2017 Opera Awards Foundation bursary, a founding member of Mosaic Opera Collective and currently a guest director at London Academy of Dramatic Arts and at London South Bank University.

Calabar, Nigeria PLAY-IN-A-DAY CHALLENGE engaged young people from all the schools and colleges in Calabar in positive, creative and productive activities that will contribute to their learning experience as well as imbue them with strong affirmative values and attitudes. Pupils enjoyed working in groups, devising, storyboarding, developing, producing a play in ONE DAY, and then showcasing it to their parents, family and the general public. The event was televised by Cross River State Broadcasting Corporation.… Show more PLAY-IN-A-DAY CHALLENGE engaged young people from all the schools and colleges in Calabar in positive, creative and productive activities that will contribute to their learning experience as well as imbue them with strong affirmative values and attitudes. Pupils enjoyed working in groups, devising, storyboarding, developing, producing a play in ONE DAY, and then showcasing it to their parents, family and the general public. Prizes were awarded for best play performance, best actor/actress etc. Setting up a club for youths introducing them to the rudiments of drama. This also included conducting outreach work within the community running a range of workshops, plus offering drama skill set as a tool for teaching in schools.
