This included a brand guide, typography and color selection, iconography etc. • I also worked hand in hand with marketing and social media teams to develop visual concepts for content. • Led and managed a drive to build the company’s own stock photos, a move that further personalized our brand experience. Product Designer. • I led a redesign of our entire portfolio of digital products and digital identity, moving the brand from archaic to a much fresher and modern aesthetic, intuitive UI and a more functional user experience. This immediately led to an over 40% increase in led generation and conversion within our beta community. • After a data handling accident where the firm lost most of its design assets, I set to rebuilding and designing each one at pace with the rest of our work. These tested concepts like typography, color etc. ● I also suggested, designed and implemented new features like community sections, currency conversion, data tracking and reporting etc ● I designed and added new user dashboards based on their different user segments. This included dashboards for end users, skin care product merchants and skincare consultants, all of whom could now use the service by signing in to their specialized dashboards. ● From the initial research, most of the users indicated that the skin quiz was cumbersome to complete, at the end of the redesign, users could complete the quiz in less than 5 minutes and also save their progress.
