Correlated region-specific changes in the expression of a major tyrosine phosphatase with the pathological phosphorylation of Tau protein in human autopsied Alzheimer brain samples. Implications showed a disruption of the phosphatase in the emergence of a core hallmark of Alzheimer disease. Included a full report, poster presentation and oral presentation.
