The plant is the first geothermal plant installed in South America, and the first large-scale high-enthalpy geothermal plant, built in the world at that altitude.As supervisor of Control and start of the intelligent systems of detection and automatic extinction of Fire; mainly my functions were to support the Construction Contractor (PUMA) in the correction and interpretation of the installation plans updating and ensuring the integration of the supply of the Fire Network and Ormat Engineering to the project, standardize the assembly of Network Cabinets control, flame detectors, explosive gases, checking, correction of the wiring, connection and commissioning of these devices in the field and Electrical rooms ensuring the good operation and the quality of the works besides the alignment and programming of the logic of operation in the units Fenwal FN6000 control for the network of detection and automatic extinguishing of fire with water mist system in: Storage Tank Isopentano, vertical pumps of impulsion of Isopentano of return, secondary and primary transformers, generators and turbines in the binary plant, I made the study of technology and recommendation for the implementation of the Closed Circuit Television Network ensuring the supervision of the processes in the plant and the perimeters for the safety of the same.
