As the Programme Officer, Student, Alumni and Higher Education Partnerships, managed partnerships with Department of Education and Higher Education Commission of Pakistan on education reform, managed study programmes with public and private educational institutes and assisted in foriming partnerships between UK and Pakistan acadmic institutions.  Built and managed donor portfolio, increased donor involvement and identified factors that drive revenue growth.  Developed and implemented strategies for delivering the project’s income targets from a mixed portfolio of funders including companies, grant-making trusts, UK, Pakistani and European statutory sources.  Managed Grants and designed contracts in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.  Managed the successful implementation of The Maternal and Newborn Health: Research and Advocacy Fund (MNH:RAF), a five year national programme funded by DFID and AusAID, to support research and advocacy initiatives which influence pro-poor policy and practice reform related to MNH.  Reviewed and managed all development operations, including the creation of developmental databases, pledge and gift tracking, collection, processing, grant reporting and 5 year funds plans.  Worked on project monitoring and evaluation of all strands of INSPIRE Programme.  Tracked, analyzed, and reported program data, including qualitative and quantitative measures.  Coordinated, planned, and hosted major fundraising events.
