From 18-01-2010 to date I have worked in different sections of the company during which I performed different types of professional duties which are mentioned below: • In charge of managing and supporting the ledger team. • Providing accurate financial information to colleagues and senior managers • Ensuring that all financial controls for the division are met and adhered to at all times. • Giving advice, guidance and support on all financial matter to the company Managers. • Handling Revenue, Capital, Security and Misc. Receipts Bank Accounts of IESCO. • Bank Reconciliation for the above mentioned Accounts. • Fund Management of Capital Contribution received from Private consumers • Management of Funds against the Government Funded Schemes. • Take up matter with Ministry of Water and Power, AGPR and Cabinet Division to release the funds of Government Sponsored Electric Schemes. • To prepare cash book summary and provide to the consolidation section. • Handling of IESCO Imprest accounts. • Handling Imprest of IESCO 52 accounting units • Checks the Financial documents received for the 52 Accounting units • Receives the Additional Fund requests from the Field offices, attaches necessary background information for submission to CEO for advice and approvals. • Performs other duties as required by the job.
