  This Project was my thesis and internship to obtain a master’s degree in engineering and management. I was informed of some conflicts regarding the bureaucratic procedures and communications that take place during the accreditation process performed by ACCREDIA, Calibration Laboratories Department. The main objective was to avoid using emails and I proposed to develop a web application as an IT solution for fostering the management of the accreditation procedures, and the developed web application was synchronized with NEXTCLOUD which enhances the user experience by providing features like collaboration on documents. The accreditation process is modeled in the web application and each file is indexed to a step of the accreditation process. It’s worth mentioning that the obtained results were very satisfactory.
