1-Control all purchasing management & procedures: Ensure the highest parts availability using Item Class Code. Ensure proper and regular order to suppliers as per parts dept. Policy. Follow up purchase orders with suppliers regularly. Placing replenishment stock and emergency orders with suppliers. Producing suggested stock replenishment order analysis. Ensure a scheduled cutoff date for the suggested orders to maintain a stable ordering frequency Custom Air orders timely processing and control. Prepare for Campaign & Special orders – Supply – Plan. 2. Supervise and participate in inventory actions and procedures: Arrange annual and monthly stock taking in cooperation with finance & correction action. Monitor stock level comparing to the sold units & prepares stock reconciliation report/analysis. Decide economical stock depth with optimum stock range. Carry out Stock allocation. 3. Manage & support in all parts operations: Set parts principal data on the used software system. Apply parts price list and updated if required. Liaison with (NSD) for technical matters. Supply information & documentation to the parts staff. Support sales operation by proper stock control (service rate). Insure parts availability (Customer satisfaction). Execute all permission memos in/out from warehouse. Execute all receipt vouchers as per commercial invoices and claim the damaged or missing parts.
