  I have over 13 years of experience in development sector, in the field of MCH, HIV-AIDS, Tuberculosis, Livelihood, Strengthening of PRI, Education, Personal hygiene etc; in more than 5 dist. of UP, Working closely with govt. System, institution building, governance and community based approach are my strong points. In addition, having excellent capacity for team work, a good organizer and has good analytical skills and committed to social cause. At present I am working as a “Project Manager” in MAMTA-HIMC at Siddarth Nagar & Santkabir Nagar District of Uttar Pradesh, India. The responsibilities includes representing MAMTA-HIMC at the District level meetings with Health department, QTRLY review meetings, coordination with NGO’s/partner organization networking, education, PRI, women & child development. Specifically responsible for Global Fund Round 9 funded AXSHYA Project. I am reporting to the Program Manager and leading a team of more than 20 persons. Show less
