 Controlling quality of a product by check on line process and standardized product.  Responsible for ensuring Footwear departments quality targets are achieved.  Quality assessment on gold seal samples and ensuring approvals.  Updating the critical path for approvals.  Liaising closely with the suppliers.  Ensure all rectifications are dealt with to the highest possible standard.  Attend weekly meetings with the rest of the team to discuss the critical path and address any issues.  Monitor and contribute to supplier performance analysis.  Responsible for checking pre production trims/ samples against conformation sample.  Responsible for fit of footwear before approval of seal sample.  Ensure all factories used for development and production reach company standards.
