Master Thesis titled - Lifecycle Analysis of Forged products This Project was a collaboration between Bharat Forge Kilsta and RISE Institutes. Project Collaborator – Mats Zackrisson at RISE. •Mapped all production and post-production processes for an average forged product. •Performed LCA using SimaPro to calculate impact factors with focus on CO2 footprint. •Derived relevant information from model to create an EPD.

• Worked as a process improvement intern in the production department. • Assisted in startup of new dump truck assembly in Pune plant. • Identified bottlenecks using cycle time analysis and suggested improvements including automated tool use and line balancing for Truck Crane assembly line. • Performed cost analysis for custom machine requirements of truck crane orders.
