I got to work with Mo for around 3 and a half years at Morgan Hunt, where she was my right hand woman and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Mo has a great personality, wears her heart on her sleeve and would do anything for her team. She worked hard to develop herself and those around her always, and that in itself is why people were so bought in and loyal to her. Mo was hugely respected at Morgan Hunt and I am certain, that will be a constant throughout her career wherever she works.

I spent 4 years of my career/life working under Mo, in that time she not only transformed me in a recruitment machine but also guided me through some tough times. Mohinder is arguably one of the best business leaders in the industry. Time and time again she has mentored individuals who are now in some very high level roles across the globe, none of them (myself included) would be there without the support given by Mohinder whilst working at Morgan Hunt. I could not recommend any individual higher for a role that requires someone to not just give 110% every day but to offer an unrivaled competitive edge, whilst at the same time have the ability to give emotional support in an industry that is constantly evolving. Mohinder has incredible business acumen and offers her clients and peers nothing but the best. She will no doubt be missed at a company that she helped grow from the ground up, but I know that wherever she ends up next, they are extremely lucky and in for a treat! Thank you for everything!
