  I was Worked as Mechanical Engineer for the Royal Atlantis Hotel & Residential Project at Palm Jumeirah.  Submission and Follow up for Material submittal and Method of statement as per project specifications to get approval from the consultant.  Review IFC drawings, project specifications and Raising RFI for the details/modification/confirmation required in IFC drawings.  Taking Quantity from the approved shop drawings for making MR and Verify LPO with MR.  Raising MIR for the delivered materials with documents stated in the Material submittal approval.  Periodic checking of Materials stock list for Material availability.  Prepare the work progress report by daily, weekly and monthly basis and the same submitted to the Project Manager.  General supervision and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC & Plumbing) at construction sites.  Ensure standards in all type of installations like Chillers, DX unit, FCU, AHU, FAHU, Refrigerant Copper piping, CHW piping & Insulation, Valves, GI/PI Duct, Smoke Ventilation Duct (Fire rated), Insulation work, Fire Damper and Motorized Smoke Fire Dampers.  Supervision and Ensure standards in installation of U/G Drainage system, Waste/Soil/Vent, Water supply piping , Acoustic insulation and final sanitary ware fixing as per the project specifications and Municipal regulations.  Following DM/DCD regulation for the complete installation to get approval from concerned authorities.  Communicate with civil services for the required clearance to proceed the work  Co-ordinate with other services for the coordination issues.  Attend technical meetings (Internal meetings, meeting with Main contractor/Consultant).  Raising the inspection for the completed work. Explaining the installation procedures and standards implementation on the erection of the systems with consultant during inspection.  Preparing as Built drawings with marking drawings. Show less
