Mohid was picked by BMA and I was his hiring manager during a vey critical phase when we were Turing around the function at a high pace. I needed someone who could know when to run a sprint and when to run a marathon. Mohid was a sprinter so he was fast and agile wherever we wanted to move fast and he did so brilliantly and yet he adapted to run like a marathoner too which shows his quality to adapt, unlearn and relearn which is perhaps amongst few things that are really signs of a great manager or leader. His contributions aside, his presence was a big support to the big cause we had initiated at that time and he played a great role in that I.e. BMA Reimagine HR 2.0. Also what stands him out is his ability to speak up for and against without hesitation and that as well coupled with a lot of the other things makes him special. I wish him all the very best in all his future endeavours.
