Research and development is very complex field and demands much more form a person than usual. I was attached from my institution on a collaborative project at Air University, Islamabad. Here I met Mr Mohib in the group where I started my work. His dedication towards work and problem solving techniques was quite interesting to me. I found him having strong grip on CAD modelling and analysis tools. He is consistent and always in search of growing path. He is learning new software's to diversify his learning and problem solving techniques. Apart from engineering and technical work, he is also involved in extracurricular activities like journaling, reading books, podcasts and Formula1. Journaling was very compelling to me because this activity was keeping him align with every day routine and future tasks.
