  Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and managing a new model project and plant improvement activities at Body Shop. • Structure, utilities, machine and equipment preparation, facilities improvement, upgrading and others engineering project as per plan. • Liaise and coordinate closely with contractors on engineering projects based on details technical specification, BQ, proposal, quotation, technical evaluation, PDI, installation and commissioning. Prepare progress report together with management and presentation as when required. • Identify, plan and conduct meeting for solving production quality issues by applying problem-solving tools such as 8D, cause and effect diagram, Why-why analysis, control chart, etc. • Introduce new robustness tools and equipment, whenever necessary to increase the effectiveness and improve production capability as well as improve quality achievement. • Communicate closely with NAZA principal car maker (KIA and Peugeot) for necessary support in solving, enhancing and improving quality standard and achievement. • Work closely with Quality Improvement Team (QIT) in order to resolve any quality issues highlighted by the customer(internal and external).
